Finding 5: Possession Timeline Matters More Than Price

When buyers ranked their priorities, 'possession within 18 months' ranked 2nd — above 'price range' which ranked 3rd. Only 'location' ranked higher. This is a fundamental insight: Indian buyers are not purely price-driven. Time certainty (will I get my flat when promised?) is the second most important factor — and RERA is what makes this data reliable.

Finding 6: The Broker Spam Economy Costs Buyers 6 Weeks
