- Builder Partners: We share your enquiry details (name, phone, preferences) only with the specific builder you choose to contact — never in bulk.
- Service Providers: Trusted third parties (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

- OTP codes expire within 5 minutes and are deleted immediately after use.
